WEDDING RECEPTION: Originally built in 1408, and expanded to its present day magnificence in the XVIth century Villa Il Poggiale provides a beautiful setting for couple wanting the villa wedding experience without having to go to the expense of renting an entire villa!Il Poggiale has a grand main salon with beautiful frescos, and an honor bar. Light lunches and a breakfast buffet are served downstairs in La Cantinetta cellar. The gardens are extremely beautiful. A grove of cypress trees leads you into the villa, there are phenomenal rose gardens and olive groves. The large swimming pool is enclosed by olive trees and offers superb panoramic views of the valley below. Villa il Poggiale is perfect for a medium size wedding of about 30/50 guests.  ACCOMMODATION: elegant 24 bedroom mansion was lovingly and lavishly renovated by the famous Vitta design family and turned into a bed and breakfast in 2003.
Each of the bedrooms is air conditioned and all are generously apportioned.
All of the linens are produced in Tuscany and are of top quality.

CIVIL & RELIGIOUS CEREMONIES: Civil Ceremony can be hold at the beautiful Certaldo Town Hall with its stunning courtyard as well as San Gimignano. Religious ceremony can be performed at the nearby parish church.
