Villa Luni is located in the seashore community of Principina a Mare, only a few kilometers from the beautiful pine forest of the Maremma Natural Park. The three bedroom villa is perfect for those seeking an Italian beach vacation. A sandy beach is a short three minute walk and renters receive the use of a private cabana. Shopping and restaurants are also close, reachable by foot in two minutes.
VILLA – 2 double bedrooms & 1 single bedroom / 3 bathrooms – sleeps 5 people. GROUND FLOOR - den, well equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom. FIRST FLOOR - the master bedroom has a queen bed with a nice terrace. A second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the last bedroom has a single bed. There is also an office which opens out to a sunny terrace. There are two bathrooms. SECOND FLOOR - there is a small lounge with a sofabed, which is a great place to relax at night. TAVERNA - in basemen there is another lovely lounge with a sofa bed and a nice fireplace. Also there is a small kitchenette and laundry facilities. OUTDOOR - there is a patio with a private floral garden and several chaise lounges which make Villa Luni the perfect place to relax. 900 square meter garden.
