& Pozzo are twin villas located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria.
They are two of the three quaint villas inside the San Ventura estate sharing
a common pool and tennis court. The villas are separated by 150 meters of fields
and are on three different levels providing ample privacy.
EACH VILLA: has 4 double bedrooms + 3 bathrooms - SLEEPS 8 .
LA QUERCE: Villa of about 120 square meters. extending over two floors with an independent entrance and garden.
GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, sofa and armchair, nineteenth century glass fronted cupboard, and dining table. This room has direct access to the kitchen in the masonry. Private bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR:
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, nineteenth century wardrobe, upholstery in green shades.
Bedroom with two single beds, nineteenth century wardrobe and bedside tables, upholstered in woodland print fabric in shades of green and claret.
Bedroom with two single beds, with white and blue finish wardrobes, chest of drawers decorated in coordinating Provencal style fabric in white and blue.
Double bedroom with bed, and antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, upholstered in red and green fabric. Bathroom with shower.
OUTDOOR: Private garden with extensive area in front of a sitting room
furnished with garden table and chairs. There is also direct access to the garden
from the first floor, with another fully equipped open air area with table,
sofa and chairs.
IL POZZO : Villa of about 150 square meters on two floors, with an independent entrance and garden.
GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious kitchen in the masonry, with direct access to the garden. The dining room is furnished with antique country style pieces and a nineteenth century glass fronted cabinet. There is a large lounge with fireplace , furnished with rustic antiques, sofas and upholstered armchairs in floral print. Bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR:Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, antique wooden headboard, nineteenth century wardrobe, decorated in shades of green.
Bedroom with two single beds, old nineteenth century wardrobe, antique chest of drawers, upholstered in shades of green.
Bedroom with two single beds in wrought iron, antique wardrobe and bedside-tables, decorated in shades of yellow and green.
Double bedroom with wrougth-iron bed, antique wardrobe, early nineteenth century chest-of-drawers, upholstered in blue / natural shades. Bathroom with shower.
The first floor corridor gives access to the garden where, on the lower side, there is a large terrace furnished with deck chairs and table.
