the Eternal City. Guests can walk where Caesar, Brutus and Mark Anthony once stood as
the hotel is only steps away from the Colosseum, and a short walk to the Roman Forum, the Temple of the Vestal Virgins
and Circus Maximus. The Piazza Venezia, St. Mary Major and the Spanish Steps are also within walking
distance.
 This is not a cookie cutter hotel. Each of the sixty-five rooms in this stylish three story hotel
has its own unique touches - with walls of ocher, sandy yellow and saffron spiced up by works of famous
artists such as Mariano Rossano. The bathrooms feature warm, sand-colored paintwork, linear stucco
moldings dating from the early 20th century, washbasins of green marble, and light gray marble
marking the enntrance to the shower or bath, depending on the room.
The glass topped black marble Centrum Bar serves light meals, snacks and cocktails as well
as 31 brands of whiskey and four brands of Cuban cigars. Drinks and a light a la carte menu are
also served om the two rooftop terracecs, open year around. One offers a magnificent view
of the Colosseum, the other overlooks the Quattro Coronati Church.
