Built from the remains of an ancient patrician residence, the boutique five star hotel Bellevue Hotel Syrene looks
across at Mount Vesuvius across the Gulf of Naples from the top of a cliff in the picturesque town of Sorrento.
Originally constructed as a private residence in 1750 the Bellevue was transformed into a hotel in 1820.
The Gli Archi is a small restaurant serving Mediterranean fare accompanied by piano music. The Pergola serves lunch and snacks and Restuarant Il Don Giobanni serves breakfast and dinner, while The Giardino d'Inverno is a wonderful piano bar open at nights.
