There are two huge, free-form salt water swimming pools, along with a small children’s swimming pool and a large round whirlpool overlooking Elia Beach and the sea. There is a swim-up bar in one of the pools, and a poolside bar and restaurant on the terrace next to the two pools (directly below the dinner restaurant and breakfast room). Very comfortable padded teak lounge chairs are arranged under wooden palapas on the sea side of the swimming pools, and on a lower suntanning deck that overlooks the beach. The hotel offers complimentary sun umbrellas and beach chairs and lounges on the beach - and has staff offering guests slices of cold, fresh fruit and cold towelettes to help you relax.

All the Myconian Imperial's 111 spacious rooms and suites feature superb views of Elie Beach and the Aegean Sea. Rooms are comfortably furnished and all have marble bathrooms with the finest amenities. Many of the rooms feature outdoor Spa Jacuzzis and several have private swimming pools. At night, the hotel’s common areas take on an air of romance as hundreds of candles and lanterns are lit on each step of the spiral staircase linking the hotel's two floors.
