The hotel has five restaurants with an extensive range of culinary options to meet guests' expectations. Olea serves breakfast and dinner, L'Orangerie features a choice of gourmet dishes from around the Mediterranean. Olea is on the upper terrace and offers informal dining, Asia Blue prepares fusion dishes inspired by the traditions of Thailand, Japan, China and Polynesia. The Blue Door is an intimate Greek taverna-style restaurant at the water's edge serving traditional Greek salads and fishing village dishes, and the Isola Grill serves a fantastic lunch.

Guests in search of health and beauty can indulge in a variety of wet and dry therapies and treatments at the Elounda Spa, which covers over 2,000 square metres and boasts three levels staffed by beauticians, nutritionists, doctors and masseurs. The extensive choice of services range from thermal body wraps and sea water hydromassage baths with marine algae to Balinese massage and marine exfoliation. Guests can also unwind in the sauna or hammam, take a dip in the pool or sample fruit juices and herbal teas in the relaxation area or drinks in the bar.
