Within walking distance of the Champs Elysées and the Louvre, the impeccable five star Hôtel Le Bristol occupies one of Paris' most elegant shopping streets, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Le Bristol features a large interior courtyard garden, the largest of its kind in Paris. Built in 1925 with an Art Deco facade the Bristol is rich in history and intrigue. It was here that the hotel's architect, Monsieur Lehrman, who was Jewish, hid from the Nazis in an unmarked room for three years. In the 1960's the hotel became a favourite for fashion photographers and one often saw it as a backdrop in famous photo shoots. With its wonderful service the hotel has been the Parisian home of Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Ava Gardner and Robert de Niro.

The hotel features 189 large and luminous rooms, including 48 suites, each decorated in luxurious chintz fabrics and rare antique furnishings. Completely refurbished, the suites fall into several categories; the luxuriously appointed Presidential Suites on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Floors, the Panoramic Suite on the 8th floor offering spectacular views of Paris, the two-level Penthouse suite, two Terrace Suites with rooftop gardens and a series of Diplomatic suites each with separate entrance doors for privacy.

Offering elegant French cuisine, The Restaurant Le Bristol, presided over by Chef Eric Frechon, has two stars in the latest Michelin guide and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Restaurant enjoys two locations depending upon the season; the Restaurant l'Eté overlooks the hotel's large formal garden and the Restaurant l'hiver is situated in the oval shaped, oak-paneled room which served as the former theatre of the residence. Informal lunch, afternoon tea and cocktails are served each day in the Bar.
