HORSE BACK RIDING IN THE ANCIENT MAREMMA - 5/6 HOURS
We leave from the Equestrian Center "Manciati" and we cross the woods to access the beach. We will ride on the
Giannella Beach to the mouth of the Albegna river. We then ride up the river to the farmhouse Polverosa and we
cross into the real Maremman countryside. Here, there are vast herds of free roaming cattle. We stop for lunch
at the Caprai's cabin for about one hour and half. We then continue to the Morcola's macchia (tightly wooded forest)
and to Marsigliana, an ancient middle age town. We can return riding or using modern transportation.
